Thank you for making our stay wonderful. the hotel is gorgeous with attentive service. - It has an excellent location near the downtown area, making it easy to find various food outlets for a meal. - the staff is welcoming, as well as the venue's host.

The beds were exceptionally comfortable and each new-fashioned and airy room had a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a coffeemaker and a dining area. The staff was amicable, they were always available.

The restaurant was terrific for dinner here, I had warm dishes. Very central location was a plus. Besides, the area was domestic, next to Holy Trinity Church.

Wonderful hotel

I had a fantastic stay at Bankside Bed & Breakfast in St Austell. the hotel is wonderful and located in a magnificent area that is perfect for exploring the local surroundings and enjoying pleasant views. the service was accommodating, and the staff were very amiable. the rooms were comfortable, and the breakfast served was exceptionally good. They offer a cheap choice of tea, fruit juices, toast, cereal, and jam at breakfast. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a great stay!

I stayed in a triple room that had a coffee maker and a TV - perfect for chilling 😊 Its location is awesome, right near a local restaurant, the stunning Heligan Gardens, and a supermarket. It doesn't get any better!

The hotel was magnificent and fairly clean. It had lovely views over the surrounding hills. We had a comfortable bedroom. the location was marvelous, near the town center - loved it.

I had a nice stay at Bankside Bed & Breakfast thanks to the owner's very helpful and friendly service. the hotel is fairly clean and located in downtown with pretty friendly staff. - the beds are big and the location is fabulous for exploring the downtown area and various food outlets. - the breakfast was delicious and amazing, served in a huge triple room. - the central heating, coffee/tea makers, and work desk provided in the room were excellent additions.

The hotel is conveniently located near the train station and bus stop, which was super convenient for getting around. Plus, there are shops and pubs close by, so we had everything we needed within walking distance. 🚶♂️
